Chief Executive Officer

Gordon was appointed Chief Executive Officer in October 2008, after having joined the company in November 2006 as Chief Operating Officer. He has over 15 years multinational experience leading operations and development teams at Schlumberger and Agilent. He has also held directorships at Invensys and Honeywell.

Chief Financial Officer

Steve was appointed Chief Financial Officer in March 2012. He joined the company from Autonomy where he spent the last 7 years as VP Finance with worldwide responsibility for finance. During that time Steve played a pivotal role in the successful integration of key acquisitions with a combined value of $2 billion. He has over 15 years of experience in the technology sector which includes time in practice at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte. Steve is a Chartered Accountant and has a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacture and Management from the University of Birmingham.

Senior Vice-President

Jens joined Sepura in 2003 to lead the company's international business development and today he is responsible for Sales, Marketing and Corporate Strategy. Jens has more than 20 years' experience building and managing international sales teams and distribution networks. Prior to joining Sepura he held senior managerial positions at Signal Soft Inc. and DanNet Singapore.

Head of Product Strategy

Steve joined Sepura in 2002 to manage the company's portfolio of TETRA products, in 2009 his role expanded to encompass management of interoperability, standardisation and product strategy. Steve has more than 17 years experience  in the analogue and digital PMR industry and over 13 years in digital fixed line communications. Prior to joining Sepura Steve held a variety of technical and operational positions at Simoco, ACIS, GEC-Marconi and British Telecom.

Director of Engineering

Mike joined Sepura in 2010 and has over 20 years experience in managing product development functions, within both small start-ups and large multinational corporations. Mike has a wealth of practical experience in growing and transforming geographically distributed development organisations across a number of industry sectors, including GSM and business critical systems. Mike has a BSc in Computer Science and Cybernetics from Reading University and an MBA from Cranfield University.

Operations Director

Duncan was one of the founder members of Sepura in 2002. He has over 20 years experience in international Operations Management within the Private Mobile Radio Industry. He has been involved with the growth of Tetra Radio since its inception in the late 1990's, working in senior operations roles within Simoco Digital Systems Ltd, and Philips Radio Communications Ltd.
